Let’s make Kashiwa-mochi (Japanese confection) on May 5th !

We are going to hold “Kashiwa-mochi” making event with our guests and friends on May 5th. Our friend of Japanese sweets cook will teach us how to make Kashiwa-mochi

＊Kashiwa-mochi is rice cake wrapped in an oak leaf and is popular as a seasonal sweet for the children’s day.
