Kanazawa is the top producer of gold leaf in Japan.
You can make a pair of chopsticks with “Entsuke kinpaku (gold leaf)” which was registered as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2020.

This program is held at 8:00 p.m., so you can enjoy visiting some famous sightseeing spots and eating local food in Kanazawa in the daytime.
