Our guesthouse is very small and primarily offers shared dormitory-style rooms, which means guests spend a lot of time in close proximity to each other.
To ensure that all guests can enjoy a safe and comfortable stay, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following infection prevention measures:
Before Your Arrival
- If you have a fever (37.5°C / 99.5°F or higher), a persistent cough, or feel unwell, please contact us before your arrival.
During Your Stay
- If you develop a fever of 37.5°C (99.5°F) or higher, or experience a persistent cough, shortness of breath, or other similar symptoms during your stay, please inform our staff immediately.
- To protect the safety of you and other guests, we may guide and request that you visit a local medical facility for examination or testing.
- Medical and transportation costs will be your responsibility, but our staff will assist you as much as possible with arrangements and information on how to get there.
If You Are Diagnosed with an Infectious Disease
- If a medical facility diagnoses you with an infectious disease such as pertussis (whooping cough), COVID-19, or influenza, we will discuss rescheduling or canceling your stay.
Prevention Measures
- If you have symptoms such as coughing or sneezing, please wear a mask at all times and practice hand hygiene.
- As it is not possible to physically isolate guests in our shared rooms, we ask for your cooperation in practicing proper cough etiquette and thorough handwashing so that everyone can feel safe and comfortable.
Your understanding and cooperation help us create a safe and pleasant environment for all.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
